Honestly, the Vah Ruta quest was the only one I really liked. The story almost made me cry (I might listening to this), the battle to enter the dungeon was engaging, and Mipha was the only one of the champions I really felt a connection with, and to find out she died before they could get married just added to the sorrow about Link basically being killed on the battlefield, the guardians destroying everyone, and Zelda being in internal turmoil about her role... Please make another game like this Nintendo :')

In order to come back here again, play the Minuet of Forest" The different lifespans between Zoras and Hylians will guarantee that the flow of time is cruel for the both of them never mind the fact that Ganon ruined and ended their lives along with the rest of Hyrule Think about the fact that memory is precisely the thing that Link is lacking in this game and that the absence of his "memory of younger days" is one of the main tragedies for his character... At least the Hero of time could remember his journeys in Hyrule and Termina, while the Hero of the Wilds has to actively look for the scraps of what's left of his former life, and there's no guarantee that we will ever learn of whether he gets it all back or if he's just stuck with just those scraps, being forced to just move on and make a new life for himself.

While fighting Ganon's final form. On the moment for the final blow, I got hitted by his blast. that instantly killed me and my horse, Mipha revived me and used Rivali's jump to give the final hit. Actually I don't know when everything tured so personal. Incredible.

This is so beautiful, Mipha's storyline in the game actually made me cry. I sorta wished the champions had somehow survived too. I found I really wanted to learn a lot more about each champion. Especially Revali, he showed so much in his personality. Urbosa you could tell was a absolute badass, I think that why thunderblight ganon is soo hard in the game...I highly recommend not trying to kill it with 6 hearts... cause thats totally what I did and I am so happy I had a super large amount of fairies I had collected....cause I died a lot....

Even 9 months (holy lord already !!!) after the release of this game... I'm still sad about Mipha's story. I just miss her, never in my life of gaming I felt that sad for a fictionnal character. It's devastating. She was just so pure and innocent. It truly touched me. We are teased in the entire game about how close they were and about how much time they spent together and yet we have no responses. It's depressing. Even the end of the main story let us think that we may see her again in a way or another but we had nothing except new dialogues when you're next to Vah Ruta after defeating Waterblight Ganon, texts from Sidon and King Dorephan and her diary (thanks to the DLC).... that raise even MORE questions !! Nintendo are too crual... why does it need to be that sad ?? when they gave a lot of stuff from other Zelda games, they just need to put the Ocarina of Time too and go to the temple of time (if it's already in the game !) and then save all of them. It's soooo depressing and frustrating that we can't save them when there are ways to do so !! :(

Same, it's still hanging in my home in a special place of honor. Zora's Domain was the first place I visited, and the Mipha storyline just hit me so hard and made me a huge Mipha/Link shipper. The other divine beast arcs weren't nearly as powerful as Vah Ruta. Felt so empty after I destroyed Calamity Ganon. Makes me wish I could play the Song of Time on the Ocarina of Time, travel back 100 years, and stop the calamity from ever happening, :'(

If there's a smash 5, I hope really hope for Mipha to make it in. I mean, we haven't get any new The Legend Of Zelda character since Toon Link (which is a clone of Link and replaced young Link from melee), and Sakurai said he wanted more female character to get represented in Smash. And the fact that she has a spear as weapon could bring something unique to her moveset ! She's the players favorite character in Zelda Breath Of The Wild and we NEED a representation of this game in Smash 5 (if there's one). The difference between the impact of Mipha's death compared to the other champions is that the Zora who knew her are still alive, her father, brother, teacher etc. 100 years later and everyone who knew her and loved her are still present where as with the other gaurdians they are just legends (and in Daruk's case ancestor) to their people. Everything they know have just been from stories but with Mipha they're memories

Mipha was always my fav, I hate it that mipha loved link and even made armor for him from all her heart, yet she died, and it sucks that we all don't know who link really likes in any of the games, it's the player's choice basically. But, knowing if link, he would probably choose zelda, or a different girl, but it usually seems he is into zelda, I like zelda, I really do, but in my opinion she is not my favorite. I also feel like many other girls are a better pick for him.

I can't imagine how Link felt after remembering Mipha she was his best friend from childhood and made a scaled tunic with her scales woven into it Link was probably brought to grief and shame Grief because one of his oldest friends was dead for a century and had died so young Shame because he had forgotten her and the Zora and how much they must have meant to him The Zora tunic's significance makes this all the more sorrowful the armor is basically a more practical engagement ring

I've never really had many zelda characters impact me in such a way, but just seeing how Mipha impacted the Zoras and her love for Link it just made my heart break.

Even 9 months (holy lord already !!!) after the release of this game... I'm still sad about Mipha's story. I just miss her, never in my life of gaming I felt that sad for a fictionnal character. It's devastating. She was just so pure and innocent. It truly touched me. We are teased in the entire game about how close they were and about how much time they spent together and yet we have no responses. It's depressing. Even the end of the main story let us think that we may have see her again in a way or another but we had nothing except new texts from Sidon and King Dorephan and her diary.... that raise even more questions ! Nintendo are too crual... why does it need to be that sad when they gave a lot of stuff from othersZelda games, they gave all Link's outfits and all goodies. We just need to have the Ocarina of Time and go to the temple of time and then save all of them. It would be perfectly possible. Why does it need to be that sad when it's not necessary.

Agreed, haven't felt this sad in a Zelda game since Midna left and broke the mirror. I still want to know what she was trying to say when she said "I...I....I...see you later." I'm glad I'm not the only one who was truly touched by Mipha and her story (I love and hate tragic romances). And I WISH that that had been the actual Story DLC! Would be so cool to use the Ocarina of Time or find a way to use the Temple of Time to travel back in time to stop Ganon before everything happened! Hell, Link already did so in Ocarina of Time by warning Zelda after he was sent back in time to live out his childhood! Would love a chance to save Mipha and the others.
