can you combine it with plate carrier or helmet, in case the operator will be in combat?

Yes, the hood fits over a ballistic helmet and a mask for full protection. There is enough room underneath to wear a plate carrier, or could be worn on top of the suit, but that would expose the plate carrier to possible contamination and would have to be decon-ed properly.

@@MIRASafety nice! Also thank you for going up to a 3x size, those of us who are larger appreciate the fact we can now protect ourselves without squeezing into too small PPE! I do ask that our smaller cousins who are in the extra small end of the size spectrum get some suits in their size!

The majority of MOPP suits are warm to wear. Thats just the nature of the materials and design needed to protect a user in these types of environments. That said, our version is as breathable as you can have without sacrificing the protection level it provides.
