@atalayajohnson403 Жыл бұрын
@vlg1728 I don’t think it was that. She said in her message that they were going to get a test when the baby arrived. She didn’t move forward because she claims she thought it was him responding & not his girlfriend initially responding to her first text message that she sent to him about the child. Unfortunately she got caught up in her feelings instead of doing the right thing. Also she stated she didn’t tell the other guy so it seems like she either really thought he was the father wholeheartedly or she was just trying to claim a person as the child’s father & put them on child support. It’s very sad. I feel bad for all parties. Even though he’s just a baby he could feel different when he gets older. 💔

@@sevenmoore9208 What’s staged? These are TRUE paternity cases! Over the past couple years I’ve known couple people personally who went for that FREE DNA lol. And if you are talking about the “dramatic exit from the bench of L Lake then,” first off, she never really does that to begin with; this was an unusual occurrence. Second, what really is the benefit to staging this? If she frequently did that, then I could see the argument that it is for a “dramatic” effect each time, but this was one VERY RARE OCCURRENCE that it just doesn’t fit the “it’s staged theory.” She was just genuinely touched and very sympathetic in that moment and that just happens to be the extent she felt like going to with her empathy. Both these individuals were clearly VERY HURT by the results and if those reactions were fake, FORGET Lupita Nyong’o, them two should have by now not only couple OSCAR awards, but their stars need to be on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and they belong in Hollywood then, if those tears and reactions are fake lol.

That's really not fair of them to do that. If that's a role that he wants to play then that's his decision to make, but let him make that decision himself. Also I'm not judging the mother, but she said that there was one other guy. By her reaction there may be more than one. Hopefully she will find out though. I wish her the best.

Well let’s be honest here. Judge Lake and Jerome(Ron as well) have seen a TON of cases and I would hope, she has gotten updates on these families. Many fathers who wanted to be the father and HAVE been a DAD to the child, get railroaded to this idea that because the child isn’t mine, I’m not the father. they were assuring this man that he will always be a dad because that’s what he’s done. She’s giving him encouragement to see the bigger picture. She’s not pinning a baby on him because he chose to be there. He made attempts to be there for this woman and that’s what makes a dad. And he is hurt. You just gone sit there like “it’s ok you’ll be okay?” No man needs that. I just want you all to open yourself to the situation when you’re watching this show. You have to place yourself in both shoes as the mother and potential father. This man signed the birth certificate he experienced life and death with this baby. He formed a bond and loved his baby. And the woman allowed him because she liked the man he was as a dad. You can’t just let a man grieve in silence. We need to encourage them. He said “I’m not the father he’s not mine” but besides signing the birth certificate, he has been a dad. And that’s what they are saying. So many men come in like jerks ditching the child and not showing an ounce of concern to the child before the court date and you mad she is trying to give him the bigger picture because HES been there? That’s crazy

Yes, every child deserves a father, but you shouldn't pressure or convince someone to take on that responsibility because there's some cons that come from dealing with unstable women.

Not that simple. You sign the birth certificate, you ARE the legal father. The state will come after you for child support and with that they will order visitation he can even ask for custody of the child. If she dies or goes to jail he gets the kid.
@Friendlyskies125 жыл бұрын
@@tjean3117 I get that it's not that simple. But so many of these cases, the women are only focusing on one man knowing they've been with more than that one person. And some men are good guys and may come from single parent homes or even two parent homes and are trying to do what's right. Yes they should make dna tests mandatory at birth. But if it comes out that this it's not the man's child, he should be able to get his name taken off the bc. Too many women are out here taking advantage of good men. I've watched an older sister damage men being spiteful.

@GJBndls4 жыл бұрын
@@patrickraymond5855 you are right he would be under pressure to agree while on tv in front of so many people. it would be for the best if he got his name of the birth certificate or he will have to pay tons of child support when and if they break up.
@VampQueen184 жыл бұрын
I definitely see where you’re coming from but I have a different point of view. There are so many men and women who stepped up to be parents to children that they have fallen in love with and want to be there for. I have seen it firsthand. These kids did not asked to be there and if a man or a woman wants to be there as their father or mother figure, that is completely up to them. Regardless, there is a stigmatism for men who are taking care of children that are not biologically theirs. I feel like when the judge encourages them to continue what they are doing, it’s not manipulation, rather than trying to removing that stigma and letting them know that it’s okay.
@zarpovv4 жыл бұрын
@@patrickraymond5855 she always says that staying is an option if the men "WANT" to. Look back in the video and she says that. Plenty of men say that if it's not their baby they will leave and no one blames them for that. But for other men who have created such a strong connection with a child. sometimes it's in the man's best interest to be in the child's life even if it's only emotionally and not financially. If you have ever had a child or become close to a baby you know it only takes a few months to create a strong bond.
