i'm catholic first of all, but i want to present the other side of the argument. also i am not a doctor but i do have a degree in biology one common thing I learned all throughout my education is the importance of peer-review. why wasn't this peer reviewed? I feel like it calls the authenticity into question. but also it's 2023 why not have it tested again with new technology and then have an extensive peer review.. even blind review.. whatever it takes to minimize bias and make it more objective. maybe with DNA sequencing they can see if it's a hoax or not. i mean if the present data supports it's human flesh and blood from ancient times then heck wouldn't that be great and we can rest easier? i'm a science person myself i do like facts- notably, verified or at least peer-reviewed facts and studies.

Ray, thank you so much for this video and others about Eucharistic miracles.!! This subject has always fascinated me. I would like to share with you an idea of a practical test that could be performed that I would like to see , in fact I put my hand up to be the “test dummy” to have it performed on. First, I would have to have my confession taken just prior to mass and then have my blood drawn to show that I am B+ which I already know for proof. Then, immediately following after receiving Holy Communion and upon the end of the mass ( Because I can’t be interrupted for anything until the Priest processes to officially close the mass ) ...have my blood drawn and tested again to see what type of blood I would then have...? I doubt if a test like this has ever been conducted but it would be interesting to see what the results would be.... Supposing for a short period of time (15 min or so) I would have a AB blood type and then return to my B+ after multiple test taken up to an hour or so , I would love to see then how scientists would try explain that one away.... Of course , “everything “ should and must be completely videotaped ..... Blessings

I’ve heard there was a pathologist that saw the heart muscle tissue actually contracting which is impossible - a miracle. Not sure if you heard of something like that related to this particular Eucharistic miracle.

Truly this miracle has made me consider that we receive only his Heart in Communion...which is His Body. I wish you would elaborate more about the increase in calcium in His Blood sample. It could have been truly present in His blood in that percentage. "Calcium is a pain killer par excellence" (Adele Davis, noted nutritionist). Maybe the blood calcium was increased as a result of His Body reacting to the Passion, trying somehow to alleviate the pain.

Hi Ray Thank you for all your effort. On page 2 of the English translation, regarding the gross examination of the blood. The author of the paper just reported the total weight of the 5 globules as 15.85grams. I wonder why he did not examine and verify the claim done in the 1574 investigation regarding the individual weight of each globule as these findings are very important in determining the truth of the claim that each one (globule) has the same weight as the whole ( 5 globules) {miracle of weights}. Either the weight reported in 1574 was a miracle or the weighing scale used was defective. You just mentioned in your interview with Dr. Serafini that this myth was debunked but you or Dr. Serafini did not mention any proof. Hope you can clarify on this. Thanks.

The blood failed numerous tests that worked on his dried blood controls. The paper even said this "The negativity of Teichmann-Bertrand's test and Takayama's test does not exclude the presence of Blood, as these tests can become negative due to sample denaturation." The blood remnants couldn't be stained with eiosin-red. Under microscopy no cellular structures could be visually verified. (so much for fresh). The only thing that remained were protein and mineral remnants. Serum proteins were obtained, but this is no big deal since the same has been obtained form mummies and even a 100,000 year old tool.(google prehistoric blood, researchers did work published in science on this). The mineral contents were highly reduced expect for an unusually high amount of calcium. Reduced minerals happens when a blood sample is extremely decayed and the proteins have denatured allowing the minerals to be absorbed into the surrounding environment. As for the 11 times normal amount of calcium, the paper does not test anything to see where this came from, it only states that this could have come from calcium salts in the building or the vegetable remnants that were found with the blood samples. (could this be a preservative? We can't know since we can never test this again, due to the catholic churches hold on supposed miracles. "my impression of the Catholic church --- We only allow biased so-called-scientists that are members of our church or sympathetic to the supernatural to verify miracles, because ever time we got someone from the outside our miracles turn out to be fakes".
