Minor correction: If Rooms enter play *without being cast* they'll have both doors locked. You can cast Room spells off Omniscience and unlock the room you cast without paying its mana cost.

Im running this deck as a pillowfort deck with a few good wincons. The rooms wincon card or using propaganda effects and one sided boardwipes with DOVESCAPE.

It's Spooky Season! I now need to find room in my already upgraded deck for Grim Guardian, totally missed that card. Just had a game where I cast Mirrormade as spell 2 with 3x Storm of Saruman (1 from Ondu Spiritdancer and 1 from Extravagant Replication) and Doomwake giant on the field... could see Grim Guardian as another nice target for such shenanigans LOL

Doesn't secret arcade only applies for creatures you control, and therefore not the one in your hand? This means that we don't get to play every card as a miracle right ?

Nope it makes ALL non land permanents enchantments not just creatures!

@@CommanderMechanic yeah sure, but the point i was trying to make is that because "control" means either a spell on the battlefield or on the stack, the cards in your hand are not counted as such. It means that a non enchantment card won't become one until you actually play it. So not all the cards get miracle in your deck/hand.

Just so you know, arcade does not let you miracle any card as it only effects spells (cards on the stack) and permanents (cards on the battlefield) not cards in your deck or hand.

I've debated building both commanders but I think I'm going with Aminatou. I do feel The Master of Keys is stronger though but usually revolves around the same strategy. Mill entire library, re animate Thassa's Oracle, win the game. I think Aminatou would be more fun to play. Main issue I'm having is finding ways to close out a game.

I tried to build aminatou and I found huge problem in balancing all the mechanics that the deck needs to work (draw in oppo turn, mana, put from hand on top cards you don't want to hardcast, help commander to survive one turn.... And all this without loosing the game). I found good synergy with mass removal and enchantments that allow you to put on battlefield from graveyard (Thera are plenty, with nice cost for the miracle ability of aminatou while making me survive through the game). Just a little tips that I noticed, do not play too many card draw (I know it's the opposite of what every deck wants to do ) because you easily full your hand with cards that you can't play waisting the commander ability, for me better few cards but at the right moment. Anyway the new cards seems to synergize much better with zur the enchanter, since they have low cost and works better with multiple enchantment cast each turn...

Minor correction: Yes miracles ignore timing restrictions. HOWEVER, it must be the first card you draw on that OPPONENTS turn, and you MUST reveal that card as a miracle. "You can reveal and cast a card with miracle on any turn, not just your own, if it's the first card you've drawn that turn" unless I'm getting confused. WOTC ruling explanations suck.
