My congratulations to the video, to China and to the workers who work hard, day after day, for the nation's progress in wide strides. Many hide the "Industrial Property" manufacturing process, but you show how it's done. And that is a great attitude. Grateful.

Industry 4.0 (aka smart manufacturing) is a reality, especially in China, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, South Korea, Nordic (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland) countries, Italy, Japan and France. What sets the Chinese version from the other variants is they are also UPGRADING and UPSCALING traditional manufacturing processes, plus bridging the tech gaps with developed nations in multiple products.

@9:08, I used to operate on this type of machine in Australia in the '90s. The machine instructions clearly stated this machine could not be exported to communist countries. Now the Chinese have it, probably homemade with their own operating system in Chinese. So, when talking about US sanctions on China, it's definitely not started recently.

It is hard to find manufacturer so open with their internal processes. Every single product shipped is traceable to that particular mechanical assembly operator. She is responsible for the productivity , every aspect of the product quality , defects and scrap. She owns up the entire process which she is accountable. That is how we can get good quality products free from workmanship related defects. Can we get the same performance if the factory is relocated to other places ?

Why are there always comments about how unsafe the work environment is and how shoddy the craftsmanship are? Have they looked into how factories are like elsewhere? Hell, do they even have such factories back home? What I see is already good enough for your typical low-end manufacturing factory.

@@blackknight4996 Rebar tying machines aren't exactly wafer fab or electronics or EVs and the like. So it is low end manufacturing. You still can use high tech to mass manufacture low end stuff like the clothes on your back or the utensils you use.

Yes the warning label on one of the CNC machines is in Japanese. This factory is in China, you can tell from the centre flag outside the factory.
