Yes, the Holy Spirit is in Him, he believed in Jesus, even before the miracle, and this miracle helped Him strengthen His Faith, become a Christian and read the Bible(from which originates this verse),despite being in another religion Islam which persecutes Christians, so he is to be praised and esteemed even more. Without even praying and asking, he had Faith in Jesus Christ and this Faith brought Him to the independence square so as soon as he listened to the Word of God, he was healed in Jesus' name. God performs miracles for the ones who believe in Him, even if they are living in hard circumstances being in another religion like this one, they are to be praised even more!!
