Visited this church of St Catherine during a pilgrimage. Also that of St Vincent De Paul church , where his body lies incorrupt. Very peaceful. I thank God for the opportunity. St Catherine and St Vincent pray for us.

Why there has to be background music to these programs? I don't think they're boring! It's very strange to assume we need music to be able to absorb information. It's such a backwards attitude as we can synchronise the audio and video for about 120 years, yet this annoying music has remained. I so wish it were possible to just turn it off in the settings.

I wear one but it is in a glass locket with other religious items. It is very very tiny. It is one from when i was a child and they used to pin or sew these inside our clothes. If you do not display it do you still benefit from it? I don't think they do that anymore because of choking hazard so sewing would be the way to go.

LOL can't twist it, it's available for all to read. But you are right about one thing though. The head of the true Catholic Church is Jesus Christ, as it has long said. The Vicar of Christ is His representative on earth. Yes, as a man the Pope is fallible, as are you, me, your megachurch preachers and everyone else. But the Church, which teaches and is guided by the Holy Spirit is not, which is why when it solemnly defines faith and morals (see Acts 15), it is infallible. We aren't held sway in the true faith as founded by Jesus Christ on the rock of Simon Peter, to the personal opinions of any pope. We are bound to believe what is taught by the light of the Holy Spirit.
