Son los alcaldes y gobernadores los que tienen que ver con su ciudad. A ellos hay que escribirles y decirles sobre eso. Por otro lado los pobladores deben pagar impuestos para asi hacer obras para sus ciudades. Si no se hace ni uno ni lo otro, no hay nada. La informalidad no lleva a ningun lado.

Es de los que más crece en Latinoamérica, de todas maneras no es el único país centralista en Sudamérica, también lo son Chile, Argentina o Uruguay, esos 4 países son más desarrollados que Colombia, Ecuador o Bolivia, países qur no son tan centralistas, un dato muy curioso.
