I think all the money you paid must have gone on the glue alone there was so much! People need to understand that companies like Banggood can sell at super low prices because their business model includeds shipping out around 15 to 20% scrap with the knowledge that many people will not follow through with a complicated return policy. At best it will take 3 - 4 week’s of back and forth to get a refund. All is good until your the one who gets the scrap

Green Rectangle RC I never have had to wait that long for returns,just the shipping.part to me. As a general rule,its 5 weeks. If you want to pay for express shipping,then thats up to you. As far as returns. They ask for a short video explaining or showing the problem. They will then send you replacements as needed. I only had one issue with a remote on my quad. they sent me a new transmitter,in two weeks even. Sad that they srnt them a beat up trashed out plane. I would ask for a total refund on that shit. What a joke. I swear someone was having a" F@@k you I quit" day. FMS would be ashamed to even call this their product. Most of that was done BEFORE shipping. I wouldnt even ask for a replacement. This would really piss me off! I wouldnt even accepted that box. The problem is,if you are not home,the post just dropped off at the door. I cannot believe this. Hell, I thought it was an April fools joke. I would really be mad. Really mad. I wonder if customs didnt change planes. Thats crap. You cannot even recover the $40 tax for customs. What asshats. Where are the control rods? the ESC,the servos? Thats not an ARF even.

I have done plenty of business with Banggood and NEVER had shit like that happend. I wouldnt eat the cost on that,no way. They just need to send a video and explain to them I want a refund. Sad because I ordered an Eleven Hobby T- 28 from them and it came in an outer box and was in perfect shape. Also it came in two weeks,which makes me think the order was sent from the states,not china. I suspect Banggood did a deal with another company.

RC Hobbyist Extreme you made my point even better! I just think they know they send out scrap and play the odds. I’ve been through the rerun process and made the videos. They will eventually make good if your willing to do the back and forth with them several times. I believe that most people won’t and don’t that’s why they do it. It’s the low price that makes people click buy. Then they go and ask for customer service and advice at their local hobby shop. People just need to pay a few dollars more and get the customer service they want. Everyone should support their local hobby stores! If you must buy online go see Motion RC , great company and actual customer service!

Veliko dela imamo in zadnje čase težko najdeva čas za snemanje. Alfa pa leti. Je prišel najin subscriber iz Madžarske in sem mu ga dal. Je samo zamenjal ESC in uporabil 4S baterijo pa leti odlični. I was pretty close of buying this nice plane, so i thought until people started complaining in the reviews and sending pictures, when i saw the pictures i dident have words. The quality was the crappiest i have ever seen. I have been buying fron banggod a lot, there planes are ok but not this one. If you want good planes hobbyking is the king and mottionrc. Banggood has good racing drones, phones and alot more. But they arent experts on rc planes! They have good planes but the not so much different variants, mostly gliders and fpv:s

Although the plain was built like shit - sorry about that - MOST of the damage could have been done during shipping or by customs - I have had props broken and damage on my Aircraft and it was caused by the Customs officer - and yes I had to pay import tax - however in this case the build was a complete Joke -

Can you do a follow up on this please? I think the viewers would like to see you persue this and contact Bangood rather than blow it off. I have had one issue with a bad transmitter for a quad but they replaced it after I showed the video of it not working. I am tempted to order that same plane just to see what happends. Yeah,you got a bad deal but never give up. I wouldnt,no way. They would get a video and an earful. As I stated,I have bought many things from them. If you say Banggood sells everything like this,you are being dishonest. At least give them a chance to make it right. I understand you are upset. I would be pissed. Just contact them,send in the video,and show us what you did. I am forwarding this video on to two people I know that get paid from Banggood to review their stuff. I want them to see what you had happen.

Robert Petrinčič Thankyou. I have notified some friends of mine that regularly review banggood products for the company( Dutch RC,and RC Saylor) concerning this item. I asked them if they could request that item for review. I am curious to see what they have to say. Also,on Banggoods question area,where you are allowed to ask questions,I wanted to know why banggood would risk tarnishing their reputation by selling such bad merchandise. I await their reply. I also saw another persons review pictures of this product. Theirs wasnt much better. Hot glue everywhere,broken canopy,broken wood pieces. Shame on banggood for selling such crap for $99. Hell,I can build better out of dollar store foam,and have. ( See Flite Test for free downloads of plans for foam board planes).

Robert Petrinčič I contacted some friends of mine that review products from Banggood,mostly RC stuff. I also contacted Banggood on their question forum and asked them why they would risk tarnishing their reputation selling such poor quality merchandise. I await their answers. I wouldnt burn that,but do a video,or get someone to do a video and send it to Bangood. I asked them to do the right thing and pull that product. If enough people complain,trust me,they have to listen.

Hey R. The latest news. Banggood want me to send them back the plane to China. I dont believe this. They have seen the video and they want me to send that crap back on my expenses. And then what? I got refund from HobbyKIng on that Hayate plane after two days they seen the video and they left me the plane. I didnt have to send back anything. I will just burn this Mirage like I said I would. There is no way that I will go throu all trouble sending back this crap and then get nothing. You can tell this to your friends who are doing reviewes for Banggood. Cheers, Robert

Me and my husband have personal experience of banggood we call them NO Banggood you wait for ages to get the item then they say you may have to wait up to 60 days from shipping date which they have already changed the shippping date by an extra 2 weeks the tracking site is a joke they don't want to give you your money back so you end up going to your bank as soon as you can so your bank can get your money back from these swindlers they don't have customer reviews but if you look them up on youtube there is a video about then and the people who remark on there have had a very poor service from Banggood or should I say NO Banggood buyer beware

Like you said Tod. I have bought many good planes on Banggood but this was just crap. And it looked so good on the pictures. And I even bought FMS 80mm 12 blade impeler, servos and ESC. But at least we had so much fun. What else to do when you see that rubbish in the box. Oh yeah...
