Looks interesting! I like how it revolves around needing to hit multiple skillshots in a row to get its legendary tier broken damage, which means you have lots of downtime thanks to move 1's long cooldown to get both charges and the electric terrain cooldown. Looks like thunder will help with damage/landing moves thanks to the slow and parabolic charge for less downtime on your big hits. According to the ability's text the electric terrain also makes allies do more damage, you can also spend energy to make it bigger, almost like Zacian, and it has some weakening/strengthening effect on goals, not sure if it affects scoring speed or heals and shields. Looks fun!

So far seems like pretty normal attacker to me: first moveset - tons of damage from afar, but little to no escape tools, second moveset - good mobility, but requires skill. He might even turn out to be balanced.

So Electric Terrain is basically a goal getter, BUT it uses a multiple of 5 aeos energy (can't activate if you have 0, or maybe less than 5) and only activates if you hit an enemy (not wild Pokemon).
