@eternal_explorer Take a bowl and add all ingredients in a small portion. It should eventually end up like a paste and a bit soft/ smooth. Then, gently apply it in a clean face and then wash it off after 15-20 minutes

I tried Akind moisturiser, it's lightweight, souffle-like, but moisturising, so that's nice to use. The products are all fragrance-free, which I'm not a big fan of because I'm not allergic, I'd like subtle, nice, natural-smelling skincare. I tried a facewash too, not very foaming so I preferred using it in the morning, not for removing makeup. The biggest problem with the facewash is that it tastes horribly bitter when I wash my face! So that I won't be buying again. The sunscreen I ordered was cancelled by Tira so couldn't try it out. Loved listening to Mira's mom, she comes across as a very genuine, sweet, intelligent woman. I can tell she's the kind of parent who keeps their kids grounded.

Hi . I have started using Cloud 9 moisturizer, n spf 50 sunscreen stick, honestly it's amazing a perfect moisturizer one can have . As the name suggests yes it's one of a kind. Mira - your Mom and me are of the same age ( actually no I am a year older ) and my skin too is similarly good ( if I could say so myself) - I think our generation (mostly) kept skincare simple aided by natural ingredients - milk/malai/nimbu etc - good genes help too. Oh and there is another thing I swear by, especially for wrinkles and keeping eyebrows from fading away ( yes that can happen too as you age) is Castor oil on my skin every night!! and keeping your stomach clean like your Mom said is a great key for good skin.

The best sunscreen is the one that gives a white cast. The white cast come from titanium and zinc oxide that forms a physical barrier against UVA and UVB radiation. These mineral based are safest and most effective. The newer ones, contain avobenzone, homosalate, etc, that have some risk for cancers. I will always stick to the mineral based sunscreens. I t’s always concerning when folks with superficial knowledge come-up with health and skin care advice.
