today i was filled with the urge to skip breakfast but seeing this video kept me motivated and is a reminder that there’s nothing wrong with fuelling my body with some delicious food! i’m going to have a bagel & strawberry jam :) even if the people around me think they don’t need breakfast, i know that isn’t an excuse to restrict. i can do this!!

It’s a chain reaction of motivation: I just started recovery 4 days ago and am experiencing extreme hunger (not on a meal plan or impatient or anything), and this makes me think I don’t have to track calories as much or eat no sugar!🥰

I agree it makes a lot of sense how you felt in the beginning being on no sleep + hungover ! I don’t drink anymore but I know how miserable that can be sometimes . It’s so beneficial to be able to understand yourself & have insight too like you said that way you know the problem, and can figure out how to work with it !

Being able to understand one’s self can be a challenge & takes patience but once you know why things happen the way they do with your body, having figured out the why to things alleviates some anxiety in itself sometimes. Btw I’ve seen so much progress with your journey from when I first starting watching your vids and it’s a beautiful thing, I hope to get there one day too💗

Eggs with cheese are the best! Also I’m doing exposure therapy again for my OCD, which I’ve had my whole life, but I know I can do it because when I had an ED for a few years, that’s how I recovered. Doing something over and over makes it less scary. TL;DR you hit the nail on the head about exposure therapy, and I’m happy to see you thriving! Oh and that cookie looks insane I’d love that.

You have helped me so much in my recovery journey, Miranda! Thank you for making these beautiful and inspiring videos💕 If I increase the amount of food I eat(in maintenance) will my body adjust? I have been so nervous about this recently, and it has held me back. I am just so nervous that is I increase my intake my body's metabolism won't speed up.

ive gone from anorexic to almost overweight in 2,5 months, from self help. One positive thing bout it is that i no longer look like a frickin child as a 24 yr old 🤢 bones aint cute and it selfish. why is it so hard to eat normally?
