Sri Lanka has some of the most magnificent beaches, none more so than Mirissa. This lovely town has developed in the last decade as the perfect spot for beaches, surf waves and delicious food. Overlooking the beach is a towering rock called Parrot Rock, and if you climb right to the top you can view the picturesque town of Mirissa. However, do not attempt to climb during high tide.
