There is no such straight forward answer. The video has been going around for decades. The original videos of the moving particles with sound were made in the 1960s by Hans Jenny, a Swiss researcher. Then, around the 1980s (that's my guess), British Dr. Peter Guy Manners (the man making the introduction) put them together, commented them and developed the cymatic therapy device (presented in video 3 of the series). These names are clearly stated in the video.
