I burned a lot of CFL lamp circuit board untill I found a less expensive way to drive a flyback transformer XD

Used the board from a 50 Watts CFL, with the connections as in Case 1, transistors are burning! So it's either that not all CFL circuits are the same, or that there's something wrong with this diagram. Apart from the author, did anyone else try this DIY ?
