My first cards were Legion set but Mirrodin was where the game really clicked not just playing it but the lore involved. Now that it's become the home of my favorite faction as New Phyrexia just feels like validation in my love for the game as a whole

I have allways been a friend of the Mirrodin Plain and with all my travels around Ravnica and Strixxhaven i learned as much as i could about the fate that has befallen the 'Metallic' Plain. Hopefully it can be restored and healed from all that it has suffered like Dominaria was healed after the great darkness that had befallen it in times past.

5:01 your verbiage here makes me think something, is it possible that Karn's decision to not just stay on Argentum and relax could've been a deep set desire from the oil inside him to explore and spread phyresis?
@askani21 Жыл бұрын
I've thought that for a while. There's no indication in the story, but I like to imagine Karn's Phyrexian Heartstone had leftover sleeper agent programming. And Karn becoming one with the Legacy weapon triggered some upgrade deep into its Heartstone's glistening oil, and it mutated, became more virulent. At Yawgmoth's death, the oil's programming kicked in, pushing Karn into reproducing Phyrexia. I hope Karn has a major part to play in March of the Machine!

The Mirari has always been my favorite card in all of MtG; its simple yet iconic design, its power, its lore. I believe the Mirari is our only hope against the March. It must be found before the Traitor's latent Spark awakes... we haven't much time left. Any word from the Tolarians?
@askani21 Жыл бұрын
Woah... Never thought about the Mirari doing a come back! I remember loving the Mirari so much back in the days, its power was so mysterious and otherworldly. It felt as if the Infinity Gauntlet was just laying in a vault loll. When it became Memnarch, I was hyped, it became my favorite villain. But what happened to it at the end? After Memnarch's destruction, did Karn reassimilate the Mirari into his body? It would be awesome for the Mirari to return and turn the tide of the March of the Machine. Would be poetic. It has a huge responsability in the recreation of Phyrexia. Becoming sentient again, it could attempt to right its wrongs, try to return New Phyrexia back to its pure original Argentum form.

i feel like the story have so many inconsistency because Hasbro and wizard showing that the lore is exiled from de process of making magic.... at this moment i would prefer if wizard stop doing this style of shit job, it would be better to magic don't have articles with lore only make some videos about it... is a disappointment ho wizard is destroying magic for a few bucks
