I love mirror magic. I hung a mirror on my front porch that faces my neighbors. It is reflecting negative energy coming from my inconsiderate neighbors. They use to have loud, wild drunk fests over there. One moved out and the rest settled down so much I forget they are there.

Walmart has a black salt grinder that is in the spice section, and Big Lots sometimes carries black himalayan salt, and its the chunky kind, and it comes in a really nice corked bottle. They also carry other blended salts that are great for home protection, so does Tuesday Morning.

Culinary black salt is different from ritual black salt. The kind you'd find in the spice section is a type of volcanic rock salt (known to have sort of an eggy taste) whereas ritual black salt is made with normal salt but has charred herbs and ash mixed in (and is usually unsafe to consume) 😎👉👉

I actually bought the black salt from Big Lots when I first started out and then realized it wasn’t what I needed. I actually tossed the salt bc it reeked awful but the bottle is awesome! I have Violet salt from Tuesday morning (boo that it comes in a grinder and not a cool bottle! I like it tho)

That is a wonderful box! I do work with mirrors quite a bit so this caught my attention right away. Here’s an easy mirror magic tip; a mirror on your altar with the proper intention doubles your magical efforts, both by reflecting a duplicate of the altar and working and acting as a portal between the worlds where your spell will manifest.

Don Quai is a very notable herb, a powerful adaptogen with multiple properties. If you take it daily, you'll understand why they call it angelic root. If you hadn't read the Chinese name for it, I would not have recognized it.

Yikes, I was planning to do some protective or binding mirror magick, and now I'm doubtful.... What do you feel is the best way to get rid off/cleanse the negativity out off the mirror, or would burying/breaking it do the trick? I read that one way is to expose the used mirror to direct sun light to "burn off" anything attached. - Just a novice witch in the broom closet wanting to work on spells without being obvious.

Tips? The couple times that i scried/screw(?) were very unintentional... The only thing I can say for sure is that I zoned out, but stayed fully aware..? It was a tad different than concentration because I didn't have any set intentions or anything,, but it was different from just regular zoning out because I didn't lose my sense of here and now. 🤔

I’m relatively new to practicing and starting my path in magick, and I must say that I love these videos. I live close to a sort of semi-witchy supply shop and every time I visit, i can just feel the unique yet calm energy. I’ve been told by several of the people there that I seem like a natural and have a very strong energy... I’ve never had many places where I can feel like myself as I am both gay and a practitioner of magick in a Christian family. But I recently moved halfway across the country so I don’t have to worry now... I guess I’m still getting used to this.

I have always had and attraction an a fear of mirrors. I can see spirits at night amongst other things. (That's the scary part) I'm also a firm believer that all reflective surfaces should be covered and windows opened when someone passes away. So their soul may pass on. I really recognize that! I always try not to look into mirrors at night, it always feels wrong, or as if I'm inviting something in the mirror just by looking at it. Seen some things in the mirror at night too (also outside the mirror), but during the day I enjoy mirrors, they really intrigue me. I don't really know how to describe it, mirrors are just odd to me. I definitely won't use a mirror for scrying (not my thing :P), but I got interested in charging my mirror. Also really love this box, I think I'm going to buy one myself :)

I have a compact mirror I use for amplifying sigils so if I want to take a sigil with me I'll draw it on that mirror or put the paper with sigil on inbetween the 2 mirrors.

This box isn't just about stuff after all, it's about the spells that comes with it as well as the element of surprise. All sound in theory, but you would need mirrors backed with elemental silver, not modern aluminum-backed mirrors, which are spiritually innert. I would think about doing a ritual involving cold iron as an affordable alternative. Or you could do a Vodun/Voodoo ritual using old silver coins, especially dimes, which an be easily bought online.

Hey Olivia I was wondering if you have ever ordered from 13moons?? If not, you should give them a try I highly recommend their online store. I checked out the witches box store and even though I agree that their products seem amazing it looks like a lot of money to spend on one box where it's a single theme and you don't really get to choose what is in it. I have placed two orders from 13moons.com and have been blown away by their quality, pricing, and overall customer service and their bundles are so worth it! I think 13moons would be a good place for those just starting out in their craft and need to build their "kit" so to speak. Pretty cool box. My issue is with burying the mirrors. Mine are set at the cardinal points but mounted to the house inconspicuously low but easily visible. I suppose that if they are underground it would have a similar effect but why hide it? Dippy wannabe practitioners, who may not feel the boundary because they aren't properly tuned into energies can see them, a win, and any experienced adversary will be bound as well. In my experience, charging your ward mirrors by working the herbs and stones by candle light and setting your intent verbally reflected in all of four mirrors in the same ceremony works quite well. Use care placing the wards, reflection into traffic can be distracting to civilians and drawing undue attention to them is just garish. Discretion is a mark of true mastery of the craft.

Hi Olivia! I'm a newer witch who saw your video on pendulums and then did some research of my own but I'm a bit confused. Some people say that pendulums are spiritual and claim they have accidently invited spirits into their house when using one. I really dont want to get involved with spirits so I was wondering what you recommend.

How were they using it when that happened? Were they unsure of who they were contacting? Were they doing it safely? Were they experienced in protection and awareness? As far as I'm aware those are the main slip-ups in magic involving spirits. (I'm not the Olivia from the video lol.)

I don't have an exact answer for you, but I do use a pendulum, mine is a copper one, first time when I was using it I felt like I'm freezing and wanted to wrap myself in a blanket after, because I believe you give your energy to your tools. After that time I never felt the cold, and in general I feel like it works with my energy and not with others' or spirits'

Maybe it will help if you try to find more on spirits, how does they come to us and what to do if you don't want them around

As far as I'm aware obsidian and tourmaline aren't stones that are affected badly by moisture. I'd say keep an eye on it, but go for it!
