Hello yash sir, I have done my BBA on MIS and want to do my master's in the relative field. But I am confused whether to go for MIS or Business Analytics. I will appreciate it if you give me your advice on the matter. I like research and analysis. I like looking at data and connecting the dots and get to a conclusion. Do you suggest non engineers to go for the MSBA ? UCLA and other schools had more than 70% students as non engineers, but any Indian profile you find. The person is an engineer. An American or Chinese student at MSBA has studied business in most cases

Well UCLA is a very competitive school. Typically the smartest or rather Indians with fleshed out academic and professional profiles apply to it. These tend to be engineers most of the time. If you have a high quantitative aptitude it shouldn't matter if you're an engineer or not

@@HarshvardhanKanthode I’m at duke I think it’s less about the school and more about the course. A ma in political science even at Harvard will not be technical so looking at the curriculum before applying is very important

So as soon my semester gets over I'll then immediately start preparing my GRE. Bro will that be fine because as you might know the amount of workload including exams and research work IIIT give during semester is hell a lot and that's why it's a little risky to prepare for the test in between

Exactly same doubt, but i have little experience with BA as i designed dashboards and presented to business. I was primarily an ABAP resource though but i never liked ABAP so i am thinking to switch into BA but i have electrical and electronics btech degree so universities may find it difficult to understand why i would want a BA role having electrical degree. I just don't know what i have to do to convince them to admit me. Any sort of suggestions would be helpful🙏

She has good learning power and for career option i am thinking to get her in to data analyst. 1st- How feasible it is having no degree in MBA or btech to go for data analyst.
