Jensen's accent of the cosmic entity aka The Empty is spot on. If there was an episode where Dean got thrown into the empty and The Empty shifted into Dean's form, I can see Jensen being able to replicate The Empty's accent/voice. This would maintain a form of continuity for the Empty as a character. Especially, since Billie has threatened to throw the Winchester's into this cosmic void.

Compare that with Dean and Apocalypse Future Dean… they, for us, only had the differentiation of attitude and attire. One of which you obviously can't change on the spot… so…
