Ok so I mainly watch shows where the main characters are males. And generally, the audience of the said show has male and females there. But at the panels and interviews, all you see are females. Is it the same with main female character shows or is there a good portion of males in the audience?

Dunno about other shows,but as far as Supernatural goes,yes the dominant demographic of the fandom is female.though there actually are a lot more males in the fandom than it seems,it's just that they don't show up at cons in as big numbers as women do,for some reason.
