@tashaxchibixchan They do! A lot of the times you see Misha cracking up on the gag reel, you see him pointing off screen or at the other guys. In the season 5 gag reel there's this little section where he's having a long stare with Jensen, and at the end he just laughs and says "you fucker," and Jensen reaches over to push someone and says "you walk away." I'm pretty sure that's Jared they're chasing off.

Let me clear this destiel starring thing up. The looks are real it's nothing to do with Jared it maybe impacts towards it in later seasons and I'll explain that now. misha has said that Jared only started messing with him in season 5, the part his talking about in this where Jensen asks him to say all the lines to him is in my bloody valentine in season 5. There's a lot of intense looks in season 4 from the start and that's before Jared started pranking him.
