Thanks for sharing Misha. Regarding suspension comments starting around 7:00, if you don't replace it too soon, you'll learn that the stock suspension is in actually very very good with lots of travel and surpisingly compliant down a bumpy road in a way no modern sporty car does today anymore. The fact that GR can combine this with a suspension that still does a good job on track is amazing. To owners already planning to lower the car before trying it - you might actually ruin one of the best parts of the road behaviour of this car...

Nice to see a car with so much hype appear to live up to it in pretty much every way that counts. As someone who tunes dampers for oe manufacturer (not Toyota), I can assure you that the "Dämpfer Abstimmung" was definetly not "meh" from Toyota. I am certain that at least few €100,000 (well now that I am counting all the costs, maybe closer to milion) were spend and few thousand manhours from people who are doing nothing but dampers. Usage of normal dampers for this type of car is not cheaping out. They have many advantages (durability, beter to tune than dual stage dampers, much lighter than fully adjustable dampers, that also need a lot of wiring and ECU, also they work better with ESC and TCS, because car behaves always the same, when there are no mods), the only thing that you really compromise on with conventional dampers is comfort.
