the GR Yaris is truly impressive, even with a passenger onboard! That E92 owner is something else, absolutely relentless in how he throw his car around corners. Great lap as always! Why no heel-and-toe? Is the iMT system good? Is the pedal placement very uncomfortable for heel-and-toe?
@Kirtanus9 ай бұрын
both answer are yes from my experience. I use heel&toe on older cars, but not in my gr yaris on track.
@binskee6779 ай бұрын
yea pedal placement is bad for heel and toe, i usually do it myself on most of my cars but i don't do it in the Yaris and yes the iMT has been excellent for me so far, the faster you go the better it gets. basically the faster you go the whole car gets better.

The recepie for amazing ownership of original GR Yaris is simple, you need to be about 166 or less cm tall 😂 I have no problem with sitting position in the lowest setting, Passenger seat is even worse it is taller and has no height adjustment.They did made changes with facelift and it suppose to be better, but now the price is something else 😢 Nice lap Misha!

I have and love my GR Yaris. All I can say is imagine if this 3 cylinder was a 4 cylinder... Everyone is comparing it to 4 and 6 cylinder cars, it would literally demolish everything. Akio, if you read this comment, please please please give this little 3 cylinder engine a 4 cylinder big brother.
@jamesross23734 ай бұрын
Why does it need 4 cylinders? The 2025 GR Yaris has 304hp for most of the world and can be upgraded to much higher outputs. There are so many 4cyl cars, it’s nice to have something unique and different.

I believe the Yaris seats have to be mounted that high for crash testing. I am not a Toyota engineer, but it was brought up in Matt Watson's coverage of the newer version. The new ones have a slightly lower position apparently - again I really have no idea I am american and couldn't get a GR Corrola if my life depended on it.

@@tinhinnh I'd love to find out. I've seen the car in person - it's pretty small. I imagine if an X5 or X7 BMW hit one of these, the higher seat would make the impact and airbag deployment more "survivable".
