That sound is just something else. Also I love how the car tells you to upshift around 5k to 6k rpm but when you go over it stops, so in a way it says: you want to rev it - I respect that 😆

I think the car tells you to upshift based on how much gas you are giving it. Oh and yes it does sound amazing!

GT4 owner here - I have the 718, so to be honest I want the exhaust to sound more like a 981. Intake noise I don't care about too much, I think the RS would be too loud. The stock intake sound is already very good. I replaced the Porsche paper air intake filters with some BMC filters - I think thats more than enough. Now if I could just get the exhaust to sound like a 981 I'd be happy.

According to our before and after dyno runs, the intake adds additional 4 hp (without a remap) and additional 16 hp with a remap.

True, but remember that it's only super loud like that on wide open throttle. While cruising the intake is quiet and while driving normally the sound seems manageable.

@@Svensson81 A friend of mine used to own a GT4RS. He went on a european roadtrip went it and he said the noise was unbearable. I think he recorded it at 110db at one point. Not very fun to cruise in such an enviroment
