I also find you to be an honorable, brave, compassionate and dedicated nurse researcher and educator. As a physician you should be very aware that you are not a scientist. Nurse SCampbell is a misinformation spreading lying charlatan who is purposely misleading his fans by cherry picking the publications he presents in his videos and even cherry picking the data from those publications to skew the results to support his antivax lies. If you were any kind of scientist you would realize that Campbell is not truthful, completely the opposite, that he is either incompetent, lying or both so is not well studied and is totally unscientific. Check out Dr Samantha Bailey and Dr Mark Bailey, physicians in New Zealand. Along with seeing patients for many years, they are also experts in research /clinical studies. Dr Sam was a medical presenter on mainstream TV but lost her job for urging caution when thr Covid shots first came out. They then started questioning the entire field of vax shots & virology, researching studios over the many decades. I’ve had an amazing doctor for 25+ years. She recommended no jab. She said the masks are ridiculous and the medical community has lost its mind. She always gives me non-pharma options when possible. She said she will not lie to her patients and tell them they’re a woman when they’re a man. She said your average person doesn’t understand the medical risk of treating a sex as the opposite. I’m 68 and after many, many years of overly prescribed medication and medically induced morbid obesity my body finally had all it could take. 7 years ago I nearly died from a reaction to the meds. I’m so sensitive to meds now that I can’t take anything! Not even an aspirin. (Which made my recent root canal less than pleasant.) I’ve been completely junk food, tobacco, and med free for 7 years now. I’m over 120 lbs down and in better shape than I’ve been in years. 😊😊I can actually see past my thighs, have more energy, I have a waist, and I can see my feet! And better still, the fibermyalgia and the litany of other chronic illnesses I had been misdiagnosed with, disappeared. Turns out, I had a vitamin deficiency that has been corrected by diet. Also, I’ve contracted Covid three times and never took a single med. I used wholistic treatments and came out very well.

It's amazing what you have done to get yourself fit again. You should be very proud of your achievement. I have Crohn's disease, ME, Restless Leg Syndrome, Glaucoma, arthritis. Many foods trigger symptoms. I'm now suffering after recently having the Covid vaccine, and I'm very worried. I don't think I can cope with this and the other health issues I don't cope with. How much can a human body take. 73 years old and struggling. I would love to hear how you have done do much that has been so helpful for yourself

Funny, psychiatry locked in a swiss doctor Dr. Binder for speaking out against the jabs and the misinformation, and forced him to take neuroleptics. Psychiatry is mainly used to take out "annoying" people. And the "medication" actually causes brain damage and therefore causes those mental illnesses. If you still work there, you're supporting the very system that causes all the mess to begin with. Big pharma. Do your research. Zyprexa papers by Gottstein to begin with. Governmental organizations are political by definition. They have been trustworthy in the past but their trustworthiness is subject to the political environment in which they are operating. Covid19 came at a time when politics, esp. in the U.S., ran roughshod over every aspect of society. Stay tuned. Future iterations of the CDC, WHO, etc., may be encouraged by the rich and powerful to recover their credibility. We'll see.

You’re absolutely right. I’d define tyranny as when the majority of opinion is in the grip of a lie. And that is vastly outweighing the minority who know the truth. In such a case, the majority go to a large extent quite literally insane trying to prove their own lie, which just isn’t possible. So they lash out and lash out and in the end have to quietly admit defeat to themselves. Assuming they haven’t destroyed any remaining truth tellers in their fury that is.

American doctors are trained primarily to pharmaceutical drugs. I am 65 and on no medication. My last appointment a new PA was surprised I was not on any medication. She was looking at my chart trying to figure out what medication to prescribe for me when in fact I do not need any. I eat fairly healthy and exercise and see a naturopath if I do need help. I take supplements and herbs. No side effects. I just use my mainstream doctor for blood work. I've found I am actually my own best doctor.

I do wish more would take a stand or at the very least open their eyes and use critical thinking for themselves. But I'm wondering if it's a bit naive to say that people aren't taking a stand. I am very fortunate to have several doctors who took a stand, but because we are in Arizona, at least at the time under a republican Governor, they had an easier time of it then doctors in other States. I'm afraid things are changing already for us here under a new governor, with people being quite naive who did not have friends or family in other states, and not aware of the incredible freedoms quite a few of the cities in our state maintained during the worst of the pandemic. Story time. I work in a pharmacy in Australia. We had a customer collapse a day after he had the covid shot. 3 times his heart stopped and the ambos were able to revive him. He wants to join the class action law suit but his doctor refuses to fill out the paperwork, but he'll happily prescribe him heart medication each month. Ive had heart and chest pains since having the shot over a year ago, paid $700 for a heart ultrasound only to be told there's nothing, take nurofen. Wtf. Ive lost all faith in doctors and the medical industry.

So glad I didn't fall for the b/s and I stood up to the bullies. On the 15 Nov 2021, I was sacked from my 18 year teaching career and passion because I refused to comply with the Order to inject the c-jab. Yes I was treated like a sewer rat by some of my colleagues, friends and family, but I do NOT want an apology. Why? Because I honestly feel like I've dodged a bullet. If you want to know who rules over you, look at who you can't criticise I can name many. Lost my job as a nurse due to asking questions and basically got bullied out of my job because I wouldn't take the "one size fits all" medical intervention. Life has and is much more of a struggle than it was even a year ago for me...being gaslit constantly. I have lost SO much weight and feel this underlying malaise all the time. Take a traveling nurse position. They're paid much more and not required to take the stuff. You'll be sent away to a new hospital for 6 to 12 months, but if you can get a house sitter or whatever you need, it's worth it.

It was just luck i chose not to have injections of the mRNA liquid cell therapy. I know my immune system so chose to sit back for 12 months see how it pans out, i was correct. My hatred is those presenters that had injections and were spiteful to me, vitriolic. Now those same have stopped mouthing off. Yes, and we've been following Dr. Ken D. Berry since Nov. 2019. My own PCP is nothing more than a pill pusher, never interested in getting to the cause of a problem, only masking symptoms. Since we began eating in the manner that this video suggests, we are much healthier! So, no, I do not trust my PCP to act in a way that is beneficial to my health, but only beneficial to her career and profit.

@@mythtree6348 Unfortunately, many doctors just couldn't see the wood for the trees. Besides, being doctors doesn't make then any less susceptible than the general public. Propaganda is used because it works effectively. Consider how many doctors worlwide are Christians for example, or who belong to other religious sects, when an exercise of logical thought and a study of history and theology would quickly disprove their convictions. But they prefer to rely on faith rather than to investigate and have their cherished beliefs undermined. That mindset is why they believed what their superiors told them. Just because a neurosurgeon is skilled enough and has enough experience to operate on your brain blindfolded, doesn't necessarily mean he's smart enough to boil an egg. Look at the reports of victims of internet scammers: doctors, bankers, politicians have all been fooled.

Your own immune system is all the protection you need from commonly spreadable infections. If your immune system is in good shape you have nothing to fear, and if it's not even a mild sniffle can take you away. And nothing will boost your immune system more than doing some extended fasting! Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Telomeres are lengthend and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles as much as 1/3 of all immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, which destroys them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.
