Wanted to drop a comment for those having issues with this trick. I tried it a few times and could not get it to work, then I tried 1 thing that made it all fall into place. When you do the first "cross over" move and put the rubber band in between your thumb and hand, make sure the middle of the "X" is slightly above the place where your thumb meets your hand. I'm not sure why this makes a difference, but that's the only thing I changed and it now works every single time. A few others tips for you are: Make sure you pay attention to the way he twists the rubber band to ensure the correct side is on the top or it won't work. If you're on your phone, turn it upside down so your hand looks like his hand and you can follow along easier. Another tip is that you can slow down the video if you're watching on a computer. Hopefully these tips help you out, good luck! PS There's really no need to call the guy names if you can't do the trick. I mean, it obviously works because he's doing it in the video. Just take your time and make some adjustments ... and don't forget to thank him for making these kinds of videos so everybody can learn tricks. Thanks Mismag822!

That was my issue too, Da'Mon. After I made the "X", it was then I pull the top band straight up to wrap it around my thumb. I discovered that wrapping the band towards me around the thumb at that point and then sliding my fingers under the band and back through the loop was the key. All I had to do next was to create and bit of tension on my hand and the band slipped off and around the wrist onto the spectators' hand. (I used my free hand as the spectators' hand in practice.) At first I was pulling my thumb out of the band to release my thumb. That was wrong! The band keep getting caught in the crook of the thumb. Then, under close examination. I discovered that the band should slip off the right edge of the thumb, (using the right hand,) and onto the spectators' hand. Another thing. Once the fingers are through the loop in the band. Stretch the fingers and slide the band towards the body and pass the knuckles. This will cause the band to slip around and off of the wrist smoothly and onto the spectators' hand. Everything is exactly as described in the tutorial. It's just at the point where the thumb is to be released from the band, don't pull the thumb out of the band to release it. Remember, let the band slip off the right edge of the thumb and around the wrist. (Do the opposite for the left hand. That's it. I hope this helped those with issues of this fine trick.

If you read the description, you'd see that mismag credits the guy who showed him this tutorial in the first place. And he tells you to watch the original video. In that video, he credits the creator of this trick, which it appears to be, Hanson Chien. If the original artist didn't want people to know how to do this trick, he wouldn't have made it available to the public in the first place. So as Skope111 said... "Sir... Calm down, sir."
