I keep coming back to this video for some reason. How sad and beautiful and short is life.

same...I keep coming back as well....it makes me feel strange..a poignancy about it.

The crazy, cool, meaninglessness of it is both sweet and sad…

Im a bit fixated on the GTOs atm ..they fascinate me..maybe because of what they represent...Miss Christine looks amazing here...interesting to see Miss Cinderella there...love their album 'Permnanent Damage'..wish I had met them all those years ago but I never knew they existed back then and I was a few years younger...so strange..only thanks to the internet I learnt of them all these years later.

I have a whole chapter on Christine in my memoir, 'Freak Out! My Life with Frank Zappa 1968-1971' if you would like to read more about her.

I love obscure Zappa related stuff , particularly the 1960 's stuff .

I heard her do a radio interview once in the 60s or 70s and have never forgotten her. It's a pity there is so little of her preserved on video or audio recordings.

I have a whole chapter on Christine in my memoir, 'Freak Out! My Life with Frank Zappa 1968-1971'. It's my story but has 200 pages on the five months we lived at the log cabin with Frank Zappa, Gail, Moon and eight others.

And satin panties outside your jeans. When Christine and I took clothes to the laudromat on Laurel Canyon, a guy walking past with his dog said, 'I thought I'd seen everything until I saw her.' She said, 'This is so my life.'

Didn't some members of the GTO's design and dress the Alice Cooper band around the time of their first and second album?
@frostedcherrybon Жыл бұрын
Yes, they did

Christine designed their outfit. She and Alice wore one trouser leg, and one skirt, and their tops were halved as well.
