Whether it's beauty organization, school , job etc, I get so tired of all these gen z folks throwing the word "bullying" around whenever there's any rule or tough situation they don't agree with. How will young people develop a thick skin to navigate the working world when they will encounter tougher situations as they grow up? My god, so many fragile young people !! Unless you're talking about extreme misogyny or assualt, y ou need to develop your muscles to endure tough spots in life, learn to negotiate, endure and respectfully disagree without constantly accusing your superior of being bullies of "making you feel uncomfortable". You guys need to grow up, develop your mental / emotional muscles to endure and not quit every time. And we really don't know why Miss USA (Ms. Christ) caused her suicide. IT ay have nothing to do with the Miss USA organization (it could be prior childhood trauma, undiagnosed depression, unrecognised substance abuse, etc).

Not just beautiful, talented, smart and charismatic. These girls have been in the "system" since they were children, this woman must be quite the witch to drive them away. Leylah Rose does herself no favors. She’s unprofessional and petty. Many girls understand going into the pageant the contract itself says the management reserves the right to manipulate the finalists up to a certain level. So it’s rigged to begin with. The top 3 usually have some kind of favoritism or relationship with the sponsors of the pageant. That doesn’t give management the right to treat the winner with disrespect. Leylah’s behavior has been so awful that Umasofia’s parents got involved and initiated legal procedure to bar Leylah from speaking directly to Umasofia. Leylah would have to speak to Uma’s team. Leylah then posted about Michael Jordan’s mother not being in the way as a smug and indirect aggression towards Umasofia’s parents.
