Hello I was just wondering, to make the most out of these videos , is it better to pause and read what’s on the page first before listening to you , or do you reccomend listening to you first then reading what’s on the page? I struggle to multitask by reading what’s on the page and listening to you at the same time. Too much going on for my brain at the same time . Sorry I know this question sounds really silly

I'd say try both ways and see which you found worked better. Either listen then pause and make note/read or do that first then listen. I think for me I'd process it better listening first and then reading and note taking. Hope that helps 😊

Depends is they are very active. Size and activity levels a key determining factors in metabolic rate.
