It’s refreshing to hear Tom say he was scared/nervous but he thrives on the fear and it seems to make him fight better. Not many can stand under those lights and feel the pressure and still perform. Even more impressive is Pavlovich had a 6ins reach advantage but Tom navigated well unlike the previous opponents of Pav. I’d love to see him get his dream fight against Jon Jones. U never know. I don't know if Jon returns after this injury, he likes the Stipe fight because Stipe is older and more damaged from activity, Tom is scary, everyone has a peak and declines, Tom is only 30, Jon is 36, by the time he's fought Stipe and has a chance of matching with Tom there's no doubt Tom will be the favorite.

Man UFC did these guys dirty with this interim belt Now Tom SHOULD get the fight with Jones but sadly what will actually happen is that they'll wait almost a year for Jones vs Stipe. In the most likely scenario that Jones wins, both Jon and Stipe will retire.
