Well, we just watched one of the most classic "I can fix her" moments in anime. And Kaiki did it with the results Meme wants it to be. Nadeko saved herself by making a decisive decision with important help from Kaiki. Just watched the newest preview for AveMujica, and those girls needs a Kaiki-level of interference.

did you just said "Nadeko saved herself?" she was given 300k with the condition for her to return home - and this is called "saved herself?" it was always a Kaiki's redemption ark, and not Nadeko's.

@@symon1033 She might have taken the money and still kill him right? Yet she chose to be "deceived". Again she made a choice. She saved herself from taking a decision from the options Kaiki presented. To be a powerful but miserable deity or to be a human with the hope of true happiness as long as she is alive. And Kaiki doesn't need any redemption. This whole arc with him as the point of view already exposed of what he really is, even on how much he lie to cover it. He is already a great man for what he is.

@@symon1033 It's the first step, that's for sure. She accepted the help offered to her, something Oshino always tries to put emphasis on. You can't lend a hand to someone who doesn't want help. Ideology that Araragi tends to break by almost killing himself every time he want's to save someone.
