As part of our commitment to quality, we've recently implemented "Van Captains," on our wheelchair van production line. These subject matter experts follow their assigned van throughout the conversion process-ensuring it meets quality standards from station to station.
A month into this project, process defects have decreased by 50%. Well done VMI production team for your innovative approach to ensuring quality for our customers.
