Health and safety overload? Induction course. Are they fit for purpose? HR RUKES 1. Reduce risk 2. Not gender question, age, etc. 3. Ergonomics. Do they fit you, do you fit them. 4. Team hierarchy only by team influence. Focus on the task. 5. Reduce health and safety restrictions by grandad training. Fast tests. Show I stand evidence of skill set with evidence. Auditors Head ME Rest. Ask for details.

this is great but in a real world environment where everyone wants you to start and finish tasks as fast as possible and doing steps like getting a mat leads to grading you as "slow", it's not practical. As much as I am able, I definitely look to do those things. But we'll see just how many times I'm told to avoid doing something thats "unnecessary ", for my own safety while on the job. My uncle almost died and was fired for following a direct order which was against his safety, even when he refused due to his concern they told him to hurry up and stop being a coward.. Things in the work place are never black n white... I once was fired from a mechanic job when i messed up a job, not for doing something safety related but it was something I wasn't comfortable doing in the specific environment. I told management several times I didn't want to do it and they stopped answering my calls... forcing me to go to the job and mess it up. Then got fired and ended up suing them and winning, but I would have rather have kept the job.

Shawn needs to buy scissors, an iron, and sewing machine and fix those baggy jeans/cuffs to eliminate any snagging points around the machinery and to enhance his appearance on videos. LOL.

You must love Jehovah your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. You must love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus the anointed is Lord! Repent and be baptized and believe the Gospel.
