I think a fun and profitable side hustle could be credit card processing machines. Switch the take from marketing to in house sales, to cold outreach. Great business that lands passive income. Once the strategy is proven hire a sales rep to land deals. Each machine can be 200 bucks a month if you do something like the cash discounting business. You should look into as a passive business to set up once your able to hire a decent sales rep

Corey!! Good to see you back!! I would charge a flat fee upfront to do an assembly on site!! Put this in a vacation fund for the family!! Nothing is free in this life young man!! Really like your idea for a home and warehouse!! Distress sale somewhere out there!! 2 K a month for that place is steep !!It makes more sense to pay yourself, however, kids and the wife are the #1 priority!! Greetings from Canada!! Your doing a great job!! GIDDYYP!! Stay safe!!

Good to see you back man hope you and the family are doing well. Have you thought about hiring some help on those deliveries on sort of a flat fee? I’m sure some teen would do it for say $50-$100 per delivery. Help give you some more time back on those out of town drop offs. Also when you miss a few weeks it’d be good to have a date/time stamp when you start recording as it gets a little confusing on the catch up videos but always good to see you back :)

Corey how about just scaling your business as the next step? I think it could be interesting seeing the process of hiring your first employee? Maybe see if the demand is there can you increase the sales etc? Im sure up front it will hurt the bottom line but it will also buy you your time back. Or if you really want to go to something different how about a pack and ship store? I have long had interest in those and you can have mailboxes for rent that act as mini storage units for monthly cashflow. Just an idea but im so happy to get to watch your journey i came aboard way back when you were still riding the scooter around. Thank you for all the entertainment i know it may get stale for you but as a viewer i always look forward to the episodes and not even for something super new. really its your personality and style of video that makes it entertaining.

Yeah I’d go with something else business related before a rental. Open another location in a city too far to deliver to and pay an employee a % commission for the sales and deliveries. It would cost less upfront than a rental and would cash flow way better imo

I have been watching you from the beginning of the Great Side Hustle(s) LOL. A few suggestions: please clean up your storage unit (the front end at least). Please invest in some moveable painted or silk-screened panels that show household themes. The panels would function as walls. E.g. you are selling couches so the panels would have windows and side tables and 'art' on the walls preferably with a light, airy beachside feel. The goal is to make potential buyers envision themselves in a family room or living room. These panels would also cover up your stock and 'warehouse stuff'. Also, please invest in at least one real coffee table and one real side table, one lamp (something a bit Avant Garde) and a rug. Perhaps a few local ceramicists and other artists could place a few pieces in this showroom. The pieces would be for sale (people love pottery) and you could receive a portion of each sale. I know a proposed a lot but you really need a 'showroom' inside your warehouse. Keep up the great work and energy.

the point is from a to b how you get there doesn't matter. sure if you are focusing on your YT revenue/views/analytics but if its not important as youve sort of indicated while maintaining it is without saying so and being consistent comes at the cost of views. and your original goal is to go from 0-1M then id say just do you. seems like theres this desire to keep it fresh but at the cost of mental distractions and causing feelings of some typoe of way. im along for the journey regardless of its repetitiveness. The proof of financial success is that boring consistency in the financial world and youtube collides with irl reality.

Cory, when it come to real estate, in my professional opinion, right now is the time to buy even with rates the way they are. Notice how prices never really dropped as rates went up, in fact home prices continued to rise in many places all around the country, in the next 2-3 years rates will come down and prices will skyrocket once again, refinance when it happens an own a cash flowing home for next to nothing out of pocket.

@MissionSideHustle
@MissionSideHustle Жыл бұрын
Good question. I don't know if I truly can because that would require me to take time away from my business outside of KZbin. But I think a good metric to shoot for would be to where I can "pay" myself an average salary from MSH and still keep the channel net worth increasing. I'd have to pay myself something if full time to keep the channel true to tracking expenses and if you're full time, that would certainly be an expense.
