Mississippi State Pole Vault compilation

I remember my first time snapping a pole, only it was during a meet! Not a fun experience, haha! On your take off, your right arm was at a diagonal angle behind your head and your left arm collapsed. Keep your left arm straight/locked (until you "break" it to rotate) and make sure your right arm doesn't go too far behind your head! Sometimes taking off before your pole hits the bottom of the box also helps! Just some of the helpful stuff I learned from the coach at Virginia Tech! Take care!
