Haven’t seen anyone other than a corner back from Tech that opted out. Anyway it was a good preview of all the problems we will need to work on before next season. Seems like there are plenty

That’s laughable! Texas Tech didn’t play the regular season team. State had 10 players that opted out at the last minute to prepare for the combine. I would say the SEC lacks loyalty. The same goes for the other teams as well. Bowl games don’t mean squat as far as a conference comparison goes.

This was SOOOOOOOO sweet! That sack of crap Leach flapping his jowls, talking all of the trash and didn't even come close! I am not remotely interested in Tech, but seeing this made my heart sing! I celebrate ANY time Leach loses. But to lose to his old team, who are one of the most mediocre teams in a mediocre conference, and in blowout fashion and getting his "Air Raid" offense shut down in humiliating fashion was so satisfying. Stephen F Austin put up 22 points and took TT to the wire. K-State beat them. Hell, KANSAS put up 2 touchdowns! Texas, and TCU, who are both awful put up 52 and 70 points respectively. And Leach couldn't get more than 1 score?! Up next, Leach loses in court AGAIN trying to bilk money out of TT for past success after being fired for cause. lol. Happy New Year a**hole!

Texas Tech destroys Miss. St. with a red shirt freshman QB while Miss. St. has their starter all year round. No excuses here. The SEC is 0 and 4 and it shows you other conferences can beat them. Clemson almost beat Georgia with a freshman QB who hasn’t performed well all year. Every year Alabama won’t play a top team away. Let me see them play a big 12 team in Oklahoma or Texas. Or play Ohio St., Michigan or Penn St at their stadiums. Not happening. All their supposed games are at a neutral spot but really they have a home advantage. Let me see them play in a really cold environment like a Michigan, Iowa or Ohio St.. Not happening. These are tough games to play. All their games are in excellent weather. The problem is that the NCAA and the SEC protect college footballs cash cow’s conference. And I have been an avid College Football fan for over 50 years.

Alabama has such an extreme and huge fan base that their fans follow them everywhere. They gobble up the allotted tickets to away games, neutral site bowl games, the SEC Championship game, and etc. It's always like a home game for them no matter where they go. Then with the talent that they have who the f*** has a chance to beat them? Alabama is not a college football team that is a factory for prime talent. Nick Saban has a monster down there at Alabama and the NCAA and these TV networks (mainly ESPN) cashes in on Alabama's success.
