@@missiveapp Currently Im using ( or I should say trying to use ) Builderalls Mailing Boss. Been on it for 5+ years and I find it impossible to get it to work. The only reason Ive stayed with it for this long is Im getting the whole platform for the Grandfathered in price of $29.95 per month. I live with the hope that its gonna become easier for me to use. So far its not and I keep getting told by other Mailing Boss users that old condescending response, " But its easy....I dont have any issues with it..." I live for the day that I can finally wrap my head around it and I can start my online business.

Thank you, Justin. Wondering if you can close the sidebar. In Gmail it drives me nuts that even on a 24" monitor the conversations (on right) get jammed against the right side or off of the monitor, while the folder panel in the sidebar at left is way too wide and can't be resized or closed! Grr! Google sucks at UI - Gmail is a machine, not a human interface tool - will be looking at Missive.

I spend a lot of time in Missive and Clickup separately and haven’t jumped too much into the integrations between them. So far just simply adding tasks based on emails. Could build out some pretty cool stuff though

How is it at importing emails from other apps or offline backups? Will it let you import email 5 years or more back? (I have saved email from that timeframe and longer) Will it keep the folder structure when importing from saved emails in dozens of folders?

I guess it's more of an email organizer and viewer than archive of emails.. so what you could do is import all your archive of emails into something like a google account, missive then can access and search and manage from there. As for the folders, they should come over into a google account on import depending on how you save them out.

On the surface, this app looked perfect for me but after downloading I found that I can't search calendar entries at all - no good if you need to note when someone has confirmed or paid their deposits- so I'd have to troll through each day and with 6 appointments, 6 days a week and being booked for 2/3 months in advance, that's a mammoth task. The other deal breaker is that I can't assign colours to calendar entries ie who has paid deposits, are they coming to me or am I going to them, different colours for my personal entries etc I've got to admit that support were very quick to respond but sadly it's not the app for me right now but if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd be very grateful

Hi Justin, does this email app have a feature where a customer gets a reminder if he or she has not responded to your email? Or does this exists in an other app you know?

In the Rule settings Missive has an "auto follow up" action where you get send a pre-defined email template if someone hasn't responded after X days.
