Try hydra sense nasal spray before bed. It’s just a saline spray but I find it very good. I use it multiple times through the day specially in allergy season.

Another thing that’s really good about having a home gym is who cares how long you take to do your work out no one will be waiting for the equipment and you don’t have to wipe down every time you use it unless you want to and you don’t have to have headphones in when you work out you can just have the music coming out from your phone or a nice speaker I would love a home gym with a treadmill a recumbent bike and one of those weight things I think it’s called a TXR it’s a resistant weights with the string and you can add different attachments that’s what I would want in a home gym if I ever could afford one

Rachel you can literally only breathe out of one nostril I didn't know if you knew this but if you take a breath and put a finger up on your nose and go if it's like there's two going by the stick one Bangor of Under One Astro it is a thing near the phone nothing or you feel something coming out and that's because your brain switches it to go to in and out for each nose so the more you know about your nose

Honestly it sounds like your sinuses are swollen... if the breathe right strips don't help, an allergy nasal spray (like flonase) might help!

Try Advil congestion or Advil sinus. It works really well! But you have to take it every 4 hours. 4 hours and 1 minute...can't breathe! 😩 Also, I never choose between your main channel video and your vlog. I always watch both! 😁😎

Rachel, I've had the same issue of only being able to breathe out of one nose for a long time, I just recently found out that I've got a deviated septum. I only found out now because of a raging migraine/headache that made me get a CT Scan. Definitely would recommend going to an ENT to get that checked out! :)

My husband couldn't get breath right strips to work for him so if you have the same issue I recommend "stuffy nose strips" on Amazon. They've been the only strip he could use to help himself breath while sleeping

I have had a stuffy nose for just over 2 years now. My doctor says it's allergies, but I'm taking Claritin daily plus I use a nasal spray twice a day and while those help, it's still stuffed up and I have to breathe through my mouth otherwise I can't breathe. Try sleeping more upright, that might help.

Yeah talk about chronic sinusitis, strips containing menthol can help you temporarily clear it every morning or at least it works for me?? So maybe try speaking to your doc about it. Wish you the best 👍🌟💟

I have to clear my nose almost obsessively at night before I sleep. Always have. I use like 5 tissues sometimes and I feel badly about the waste :( A couple years ago I got a cpap and that made a huge difference for me with breathing at night!

Every 30 minutes you switch nostrils in which you breathe. You don't use both at the same time. It probably switched to the one that's stuffed so you feel you can't breathe

You may need a new pillow. Older pillow's can cause breathing problems because of dust and pet dander.

The same breathing problem happens to me at night but only when I am at my dads house. I have 3 dogs at my dads house so I am pretty sure it is all of the dog fur. At my moms house I have one very small dog and she doesn’t shed basically at all and I never get that breathing problem when I’m at my moms unless I’m dying or something 😂. Anyway it just might be your dogs.

People breathe out of one nostril every day. Yes you’re supposed to breathe out of both but it most common to breathe out of one. The cause of it is not because of the sickness. When you’re sick it will close a nostril and that’s true. But what I’m trying to say whether you are sick or not you breathe out of one nostril

I'm guessing that there would be several different opinions on this, unless it would be based solely on which chain has the highest profits... Vons and Ralphs are pretty prominent, I think. But some department stores like Walmart and Target have supercenters that also have basically everything most grocery stores have.
