Girl I have to tell you, you've changed my life I had back surgery last year and while recovering I started watching you. I have kids the same age as yours and you encouraged me to stay motivated and eat healthier. I have lost 40 pounds in the last year and become a better version of myself. I used to only do cardio based workouts or use 5lb weights. I’ve been doing Caroline Girvans iron series lifting heavier weights plus walking a few times a week. I’ve noticed a lot of changes with in 2 weeks

This was a great video. The breakdown of muscle groups combined with using free KZbin workouts is helpful but mostly I like that you balance your diet. Enjoy that glass of wine and not feel guilty, indulge on the weekends but get after it with a hard workout on Monday. Stay consistent and you will benefit in the long run.

What I learnt ftom my get-healthy journey: it has to be sustainable (a lifestyle); it has to be achievable (20 minutes a day is good enough if that is how much time you have) AND you cannot out-excercise a bad diet, so make changes there too. Thanks for your tips, and being an inspiration.

U tube is the absolute best for workouts!! I actually do it at work (night shift/ER registration), still need to work on my diet/nutrition though. I can’t get rid of my sweet tooth

Thanks for the pointers! I remember having body conditioning in HS and we had to make our own workout schedule…best shape I have ever been in. Taking it back to basics is sometimes the best way to do it! Look you amazing and your routine is so realistic 💕💕

Thank you for sharing this! I love seeing another person’s fitness routine. It encourages me to keep going and stay consistent. I find that I just feel so much better when I workout even if I don’t feel like it in the beginning. I do Mike Peele Hip Hop Fit on KZbin because I love to dance. Makes Momma feel like she’s in the club while also getting great exercise in! Haha 💃🏻😀❤️
