Love your mindset behind working out and how you said no excuses. I feel like sharks huge, as a breastfeeding mama myself to a 7 month old I know how there can be distractions during workouts but so nice to see you include your kids in it. Amazing video🙌🏽

Not a creamer but the skinny girl brand has syrups that are 0 calories 0 sugar. Lots of different flavors. Caramel chocolate is my fave. They also have pumpkin spice. I find them at tjmaxx or Ross.

I got so excited to try these a few years ago, I got every flavor I found at Marshall’s. As soon as I started using them I experienced a lot of bloating and gas. The fake sugar got me good lol

I'm also here to say thank you for including your workout! My husband told me I just make excuses but I figured he just doesn't understand. However, seeing you do it and not make any excuses is actually motivation. Thank you! My mom always worked out with us- she would let us join in or take us to the gym. Honestly, I think it instilled a healthy mindset from a young age. I don’t think a mom should ever feel selfish working out with kids awake! I think it had a positive mindset on myself and all of my siblings! We all love being active in different ways and I think that’s largely impart due to my mom always being active and including us in that!

I used to add any type of protein powder. I don't use the whole serving, but like 1 tablespoon (but it depends on your preference). I loved to use the latte gnc brand. But only use it with iced coffee; it curdles with hot coffee 😅 well at least whey protein does.

So you make separate meals for yourself apart from what your family/kids eat? Everything looks healthy and great, but I wish I had something I could just make for the whole family. With 5 kids, there's always someone (including the hubby) who isn't happy about a meal!

That's right no excuses I worked till my labor started all 9 months and still hitting it meal prep and house clean clean cars etc and run a business with no babysitter. That's how you do it iam more extreme than you but still I love it 😀 people say iam crazy 🤪 my husband just stares with his mouth open.

Gosh! my kid is 2,5 months old and no way he will stay so calm, he wants attention and entertainment all the time. I literally can't do anything around the house, cos he is super active and curious about everything.

Thanks alot for the video. My baby is 2 months old and i am starting my diet and workout at home again as i gained alot. It is easy to lose weight when u are not asian or dont eat asian food. I cant stop mysrlf from eating pakistan and indian food which is all about oil, naan, paratha, biryani and meat or chicken karhahi and kebabs.
