So This Is How RedMart Packs Each Delivery Order, I Am Amazed!

I recently ordered 3 tubs of Naturel Margarine, 500g. When i received the items, all the lids (Green Cover) were opened and one of the tubs - its aluminum foil seal damaged. All the 3 tubs also never packed inside freezer bag, just a normal transparent plastic bag. The delivery driver just gives a hard knock at my door and ran away. I filed for refund. If one handle the margarine tub with care and don't throw from a distance, the lid will not open, and the seal will not damage and expose to the atmosphere. Redmart packers or handlers or maybe the delivery drivers - their service or their attitude towards their own roles and responsibilities are very poor. IF you guys are not happy, please leave. If i am your manager and I saw this action, i will fire you with immediate effect! I will ask HR to give you one month salary in-lieu and out you go.

ya redmart delivery packing and delivery is much better than ntuc.. at least i received cooler bag & ice pack for my ice cream. Received sms alert that my order will arrive at doorstep within the next 15 min, sms alert after that when the items delivered. Then, can also opt for contactless delivery~ service fee (1.99 only excl delivery fee of $3.99 if any) is much cheaper than ntuc (3.99 excl delivery fee $3/5 if any) online delivery order. but of cos item pricing will have some difference, depend on individual consumers' preference.

Ntuc doesn't have a warehouse. They do picking at supermarkets.
