I have a huge issue with procrastination!! How do you overcome that?

Procrastination is a multifaceted issue that requires the integration of several productivity interventions. First you need to understand what is causing the procrastination- it's usually tied to a limiting belief around a specific area of your life. Once you identify the source you can work on shifting your self-talk and establishing routines that keep you accountable. Definitely something you'd want to work with an experienced coach or mentor on which is something I do inside the Charmed Life Master Mind.
