People really need to get educated on the necessary upbeat outro. It was a dedication to the 9/11 victims. Missy made it a lesson where that we must not mourn but enjoy the thrills and excitements of life and laugh in the face of terrorists trying to displace us in fear. It was a dark time, but Missy managed through the convoy of party tunes to keep the American public's spirits up and not let sadness nor fear drag us down. RIP Aaliyah, gone but not forgotten.

Aaliyah is one of the most beautiful woman to ever walked this earth. I don’t think no present or future R&B female artist will ever fill the shoes that Aaliyah left.
