I didn't talk about weapons in the video, but I'll give a brief explanation to help you decide which to use At 11:07, there is a chart, detailing what each character's abilities scale off of. For 3 star and 4 star weapons, you mainly just want to match the main stat of the weapon, with that of the ability scaling. So a character in the defense category, would like a defense weapon to help with their damage. An Atk scaling character would want a weapon to increase atk, etc. But this isn't always the case for supports. Support characters who get a lot of value from their bursts, will want energy recharge weapons, like the favonious ones, to get their bursts as fast as possible.

Was about to comment this too. While opinions differ, I'd recommend doing as many bosses as you can because the F2P weapons require a billet. Billets are kind of hard to get en masse and weekly bosses are at least a semi-reliable method to get them. Each boss also gives an elemental gem needed for awakening. Only bosses (be they overworld or weekly) can drop them so you'd want to stock up on as many as possible. They never stop being an important resource.

I've seen a lot of "F2P" guides throughout the years that use 4* characters, but those were 4* characters that can only be obtained through rolling on the gacha, but your video has been consistently using the starter characters (and the Traveler) to clear all the story content. Kudos to you!

You can lower world level once you've reached world level 5, it'll give you more in depth info on it as a whole once you do what I've stated below: Head to the menu and press the 'i' button, it'll have a number right next to it stating your world level. Once you click the 'i' it should give you the option to lower/raise world level. Once you're ready to put it back to the world level you're at now you can follow the same steps to raise it back.

Nice guide MistahFeet. On the topic of tips i have some little food tips based on my personal experience that might help (Little tip when cooking: Use characters that have 12% of giving double the product for cooking healing/revival food. Don't bother with character's specialty unless it's about the buff food(like crit, max HP, stamina...) or you wanna collect every specialty in game, 4% more HP and a few hundreds HP bonus doesn't worth the effort getting them anyway. Meanwhile 12% more products give you much more than that) FOOD % BASED ON YOUR CHARACTER'S MAX HP _Revival food: Just use whatever you have in hand/cheapest to make, unless you're in co-op and can't pause the game or don't have the lunch package to insta heal then you might need better food, otherwise just about, what do they say again? "Bang for your buck"? (imo "Sweet Shrimp Sushi" might be the best since you can just buy the rice and shrimps then mass produce them) _If you have less than 10k HP +10% max HP + bonus HP No to those "heal x HP every 5s", you'd need instant healing for combat since your character(s) is still kinda weak, and using more than 10% + bonus is kind of a waste since if you got proficiency then the bonus combined would make up the total of like 30% anyway. The important thing is these food are really cheap, its about saving resources at this point, especially when you're new or don't have lots of ingredients. _From 10k-20k +20-22% + bonus HP Those "heal x HP every 5s" should be fine but I'd still recommend the HP bonus ones bc you would need quick heal with this amount of HP, especially if your world lv is high and your characters doesn't have good stats. In addition, this range of HP have a lot of really good food options [like the "Tasses Ragout" that i made 2k in 1 week and Furina's team ate half of them in like 5 days] that you can mass produce. _If you have more than 20k (especially if you have Furina or literaly any other character that drains your HP over time on the team but I only have her so ;-;): To quickly heal your HP back up and continue fighting/get the buff for Furina's E, chose either: +20-22% with bonus HP (For mass production) +30% + "heal x HP every 5s" (Expensive but worth it) (Also, you can use the latter if you wanna manipulate HP changes) (Note that you'd need more than those 30% and bonuses if you have Furina bc her E's draining is brutal, 50% of your full team's HP will be entirely wipe out in like 20s so you would need either shield or heal back up if you want the buff for her E, then you'd need (a) really good healer(s), food is mostly just for emergency [Wait a minute..] ) Side note: The tips i mentioned are mostly based on how to max out the benefits while saving resources, you can just use whatever food you like and it'll heal just fine Anyway, those tips worked really well for me and i hope its useful for you too! If there's any mistake pls let me know!

personally i don’t like the quick start for natlan as a lore enjoyer. with how late into the story natlan is, going from liyue to natlan really doesn’t make sense and you lose out on a lot of the emotional impact of a lot of the story. also how does it work for the quests you skip over? are they just gone forever? it really doesn’t make sense to me (this feature really only makes sense to use if you’re using an alt account and have already played the story before. otherwise it makes literally no sense) plus no one playing the first time should skip sumeru and especially fontaine that’s like peak genshin story not related to the tips it’s just cause that came up and that is like the one change in 5.0 that genuinely bothered me

Correction on Noelle. The ult won't be on the next char, but when you swap back to Noelle, the ult is still there provided it did not expire yet. This is different from other infusions in that they end when you swap out.

You can challenge more than 3 weekly bosses a week, no? They changed that a looooong time ago. It's just that the first three cost half as much resin to loot. (You can also easily find ascension mats in-game now without the interactive map by clicking the tooltip on the needed item, but that was just added with 5.0, so it's very understandable that the video isn't updated to reflect that since you've been working on it so long!) Looks like a really good guide for beginners.

Small correction about weekly bosses. You CAN fight more than 3 of them. But first 3 cost only 30 resin. Rest of them will cost 60. It can be good at later stages of the game. Anyway, great video!
