Good Advice Jay next month it will be 1 full year of me moving here. Being from NY. Like you I had to learn patience which being retired I have gotten use to a slower pace. Some advice I got was if going to BOI to renew your extended stay is to apply for 2 months extension the process seems to be quicker and after the recent changes where I applied for a 6 month extension which I got last March before my recent 2 month extension in September. An Ex pat told me that they will be checking those 6 month extensions a lot closer because of recent actions by mostly Chinese immigrants.I have had no problems being here just like you said I budget my finances and looking to expand in buying a developing Condominium construction for rent. I will be looking to have a consultation with you within the next few months.

First of all The USA is known to be the greatest country in the world. This isn't true. Look how high rent is or how costly it is to buy a house in the USA. It cost less to buy a house here with pesos than it does with American dollars so the reason make good sense because the Philippines would be bought out by people not even from here.
