Great job. Details like the zinc plated original nuts and bolts for the wheels make it extra special. The chain clip is on backwards at 8:00 .

@@Monkeyboy2457 I couldn’t agree more, it’s all in the detail. Thanks for notifying about the chain clip!

thank you, I will have to get these added! I did in fact miss a few other decals after having it painted!

Thank you ! I have to say that the fresh paint makes the biggest difference. You really forget what the original colour looks like after many years in the sun! Thanks for watching

Looks great mate! Wish you could restore my 2 Honda z50’s up for me. Thought it was great how you kept the original parts and had them treated and refitted. Everything you did was to a very high standard, very professional. Credit to you my friend. Love your work. Spot on.

Great job i may tackle one of these myself... but why didnt you replace the regular nut on the head stud with an acorn nut?
@MasonsWorkshop5 ай бұрын
@@scottmcboone2442 hey there, fun project. From factory these bikes came with one regular nut on the cylinder head hence me keeping as close to factory as possible!

Are those parts painted from the factory?

I don’t think the wheel hubs were painted ex works.
@MasonsWorkshop6 ай бұрын
I am not 100 percent sure either, but I was told by a lot of people that painted was the closest to factory. from the pictures they dont look rough enough in pictures to be left raw.
