Good honest analysis, Georgio. Yes, your strength is in the technique sections. Courtesy of your Belgian experience perhaps? Strength is the clue, though, for improving the straightaway speed. A few leg presses in your weights workout. Then it is just leg speed. “Just”! All the best for the season!

I think the technical improvements come from the mtb racing all summer 🤔 I have been working hard on my strength in the gym but I think it’s going to be a long journey that’s for sure!

Great video and commentary, epic fight there, real talent to be at that level and in contention for the podium, such effort!! Great cornering. What tires were your using? What PSI you running?

I’m using challenge Limus tubular… I run muds year round as my budget doesn’t stretch to spare wheels and I had 25psi 👌 the course was bone dry with no mud 😂

Garmin virb for the overlay and then the voiceover I just use my camera 👌
