Really like that the discussion goes in chronological order making it easier for beginner to understand which part we're still lacking in knowledge. Some podcast just jump around topics.

Excellent video that everyone should watch. Great sharing Sean and Gavin. Most important advice or keyword i believe is "Buy what you can afford" and the tips to avoid the persuasion in sales gallery's haha.

Hmm didn't expect to sit through the whole episode, haha. Mad respect for the hustle ... but despite watching so many videos I'm still not sold on the prospects of being a landlord 😆 I guess my motivations lie elsewhere, but still find your videos informative and interesting! It's as if I'm watching your videos with hopes that one day I'll convince myself to embark on a similar journey. Maybe some day ...

On the OPR and moratorium, our govt simply follow suit with what the entire world was doing in an effort to avoid a hard landing economy crisis. They didn’t invent the wheels

This was a good sharing session. Would like to ask. If I am from pj, but work in kk, sabah. Where would be the best place to buy properties? I feel like PJ/selangor for has more long term future, but I expect to be working in Sarah for another 7 to 10 years.

If u looking for an investment, Go buy your property in KL. KL has the highest average yearly increment (12% per year) compared to other states. Sabah property is too expensive. The poverty level in Sabah still high to compare with the property price.
