@MisterCrainer Some tips that can make the carbonara better: 6:04~ For some spaghetti recipes, you cook, or boil it in a pan instead of in a pot. 7:26~ The amount of salt should be around 1~1.5% of the water. 9:09~ The starches in the spaghetti cause the foam. Make sure the heat is low~medium. 9:48~ Make sure all your ingredients are cut, prepared and ready when you use heat. After you start heating your ingredients, time is money. 12:10~ Usually the cooking time of the spaghetti is on the packaging. Taking it out 30~40 seconds earlier makes it about al dente(a little toothsome). 13:25~ 14:32~ The pasta water has starches that helps the cheese(oil-based food) mix with the egg(water-based food). Pouring the pasta water in small splashes also helps. 15:07~ After you put in the spaghetti and egg-cheese sauce in the pan, mix the spaghetti fast and hard off heat. Also, adding pasta water or grated cheese may help in some cases.

Lil tip for seperating the egg yolk and white part:Take a bottle that has no liquid put it on top of the egg yolk then squeeze the bottle it should vacuum up the egg yolk separately it from the white part then you can put it in the bowl hope it helped!

Crainer I have a simple recipe for a sandwich in the oven and all you need is toast, cheese, ham, butter, Anna's circular and bake in the oven until the cheese has crumbled well and the oven at like 185 celcius and you can get up to nine pieces on a tray first bread then butter then pineapple then cheese and finish with pepper powder red is what I use and love to see how it goes 😊
